Greetings from BIMLABS Global. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our services, including training programs, digital content, or courses.

By enrolling in any course or accessing BIMLABS Global services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Course Structure and Attendance

  • Classes are conducted five days a week (Monday to Friday) with three-hour daily sessions in any of the following slots:
    8 AM – 11 AM, 11 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 5 PM, or 5 PM – 8 PM.

  • Students without a personal laptop may be provided access to systems based on availability.

  • Recorded sessions and additional hours (e.g., Saturdays or post-slot timings) are available for those who miss classes.

  • Students are responsible for completing assessments, receiving evaluation within three days, and tracking daily learning in the provided Databook.

2. Certification and Evaluation

  • Certifications offered include:

    • Autodesk Certified User Certificate

    • ACU Badge

    • Credly Badge

  • Completion of BIMLABS Continual Learning Program (BCLP) with 50 faculty-assigned tests is mandatory.

  • Certificates (Course and Internship, where applicable) are issued only upon meeting the following:

    • Satisfactory attendance

    • Completion of all assessments

    • Fulfillment of BCLP scores

    • Obtaining required certifications

3. Payment Terms

  • Course fees can be paid in full or via installment plans (only for courses 4 months or longer).

  • Installment Schedule:

    • 40% – At the time of enrollment

    • 30% – After 30 days of course start

    • 30% – After 60 days of course start

  • Payments must not be delayed by more than:

    • 7 days – Otherwise, classes will be withheld

    • 21 days – Course will be considered discontinued

  • No refund will be processed once the fee has been paid, under any circumstances.

  • The payment schedule is fixed and independent of attendance, breaks, or assessment status.

4. Course Duration and Completion

  • Each course must be completed within the stipulated timeframe as mentioned in the course document.

  • Extensions will not be granted except in the case of serious medical emergencies (documentation required).

  • If the course and assessments are not completed within 30 days of the original duration, it will be marked as discontinued.

5. Use of Software and Materials

  • Software licenses provided are valid for one year from the date of issue.

  • All course materials including recorded sessions, software, Databook, and other resources are intended only for enrolled students and should not be distributed or reproduced.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and adhere to all academic protocols.

  • Misuse of infrastructure, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

BIMLABS Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
